I don't think it's quick accurate to call these "easy" miles.  But determined to put in something close to 2/3rds the distance of the 10K I am doing on the 20th, I managed just over 5 miles in the heat of the day at a dismal pace.  But miles they were, so there you go.  Felt fine afterwards. Just a bit hot out there today.
